Blessing beers, made of 100% malt and alsacian hop, are not filtered, not pasteurized and stem from a double fermentation enabling the development of yeast within the bottle that produces natural gasification. The beers are the outcome of a know-how using only 4 ingredients : water, malts, hops and yeasts. The entire range of products is certified organic by the Ecocert organism. You can visit the brewery every 1st saturday in the month at 11 am (except january). Yearly fest at the begining of June. The brewery got the Excellence Prize 2019 at the General Agricultural Contest. 33cl and 75 cl bottles, 30l barrels. Glasses and beer dispending system available.
