Diebolsheim

In this village, there is two emblamathic statues in there seesaw, Hansel and Gretel, invit you to discover the beautiful flower show through the streets until the small flowered cave dedicated of the Marian cult.

Awarded at the National Flowering Competition, there is four flowers and has a lot of half-timbered houses from the XVIIth century, near the St-Boniface's church. The name comes to an english bishop, buried since 754 under the Fulda’s abbey in Germany.

Each year, the village organise a flowerparty in the streets.

Diebolsheim continue its residential development, while preserving a high quality natural heritage, including some wet meadows typical of the Black Ried. He's knew a lot of rises in water level with the Rhine until the building of the electric centrale (1959-1964).
