Emma Pieters, a passionate craftswoman of basketry, an art that dates back thousands of years, is presenting her creations in an exhibition entitled "Vannerie, un savoir-faire millénaire". The exhibition gives visitors a chance to discover her work, as well as the history and techniques of basketry. In addition to the exhibition, Emma Pieters will be giving demonstrations on Sundays 28 April, 23 June, 21 July, 25 August, 13 October and 27 October. During these demonstrations, she will be making a wicker object live in the presence of visitors. This allows the public to see the creation process up close and ask questions about the techniques used. These demonstrations add an interactive dimension to the exhibition, providing an enriching experience for fans of crafts and basketry.
