The Blüeme microbrewery (Flower in Alsatian) is located in a former pigsty in Alteckendorf, in the heart of the Pays de la Zorn, and is run by Sophie Peuckert.
Sales at the brewery are by appointment only, by SMS to 06 82 93 05 48, by e-mail to brasserie. blueme@gmail. com or via its Facebook page "Brasserie Blüeme". Sophie opens the doors of her workshop every first Saturday of the month.
1 lager is available all year round, while seasonal beers vary according to the produce available at the time.
