Microbrewery La Potassine

Description

Installed since March 2020 at the entrance of Ungersheim, La Potassine microbrewery produces all kinds of beers from the most traditional to the most original (see our beers of the moment). The human-sized brewery produces batches of 1000 beers regularly and distributes them as locally as possible.
La Potassine is a small association participating with passion and dedication in the local "seed to plate" chain. Initially equipped with a cannery (see the cannery) and then a micro-brewery, the project has since added a grocery shop and a fruit press is planned...
