La Ferme d'Argentin

" La Ferme d'Argentin is a domestic wildlife park, with a theme of the history of agriculture from prehistoric times to the present day. Spend a pleasant moment of leisure and relaxation in a green valley on a 10 hectare site. "

Spend a pleasant moment of leisure and relaxation at Ferme d'Argentin in a verdant valley on a 10-hectare site.

Take a walk through time.
A 2-kilometer outdoor trail winds its way through animal enclosures, gardens, crops and orchards, like a thread running from prehistoric hunter-gatherers to the present day. The route is punctuated by totems inviting visitors to discover the different historical periods, and the animals and plants associated with them, through fun activities.

The animals on display are mainly local or small breeds: cows, goats, sheep, pigs, ponies, donkeys and poultry. Crops, orchards and gardens are regularly enriched with new species that have enriched the human diet over the centuries.

An interpretation center and events.

A large room is dedicated to educational activities, where visitors can learn to recognize plants, differentiate between wood and horns, build their own farm, find out about the origins of animals... while having fun.
Animators offer activities along the tour route, and are on hand to help teachers or group leaders organize educational workshops or themed tours.

Activities are offered throughout the day during school vacations.

The Grange du Val d'Argent, with its panoramic view of the site and surrounding mountains, is the ideal venue for meetings, seminars or weddings. The farm's team is always ready to listen to your requests, and to propose suitable offers.
