The Association des arboriculteurs et bouilleurs de cru de la vallée de Villé has organized an introductory course in distillation, focusing on both administrative and practical aspects. Fees include morning coffee, lunch and a brochure from the federation.
Topics covered: theoretical aspects, legislation, preparation, fermentation, still use.
During the day, kirsch will be distilled for the practical part of the training.
