Chez Hans, bakery

"The bakery "Chez Hans" offers breads made from ancient Alsatian cereals and natural leaven. The breads offered are kneaded by hand and baked in a wood-fired oven. The range is quite large and varies according to the season: hemp bread, mustard bread, starch bread or red wheat bread are proposed according to the baker's desires. Hans also offers pastries, made with ingredients from the valley, with butter only, entirely hand-made, including fillings and pastry cream. Regional products and several local beers are offered in the small grocery store. All products are certified organic by FR-BIO-15. Orders are strongly advised at 07.81.71.01.18 Animals accepted, in the yard, up to the entrance of the bakery.
