" “You can only see well with your heart. From October 18, retrace the moving life of Antoine de Saint Exupéry and plunge into the wonderful world of The Little Prince! "
Join the Little Prince in Strasbourg and discover the exciting life of his creator! The wonderful world of the Little Prince Discover the Little Prince and his wonderful universe! Through an art installation that revisits his timeless story, meet this little man coming from a distant planet to teach us about ourselves. The fascinating life of Saint Exupéry Unlike the celebrated The Little Prince, its author’s biography remains little known. However, the narratives of Saint Exupéry are inspired by his own life. And what a busy life he had! Passionate pilot, aviation pioneer, writer and soldier, Antoine de Saint Exupéry is a multi-faceted novel character. For the first time, many personal objects, photographs, manuscripts and drawings are brought together to tell the story of The Little Prince’s author. The fusion of two worlds The two worlds merge in a final grand immersive space where the author and his illustrious character are playing hide-and-seek. This breathless back and forth leads to a happy ending in apotheosis. UNESCO has named Strasbourg World Book Capital for 2024 and this exhibition perfectly matches this title, by presenting the world’s most translated book and its author. The exhibition is designed and produced by Tempora, the Belgian leader in the conception of artistic and historical exhibitions, in partnership with the Antoine de Saint Exupéry Youth Foundation and Strasbourg Events, manager and operator of the Parc des Expositions.
