Fish farm specialising in the raising, smoking and processing of trout in Wingen, a small village on the German frontier in the regional park of the Northern Vosges, approximately 30 km from Haguenau and 15km from Wissembourg. The farm is in Petit Wingen, part of Wingen, and is supplied with water by the Heimbach, a small first category river with pure water of the highest quality. Everything in our business is geared to producing high quality fish, that is not greasy, with fine flesh and a subtle flavour.
