The Regional Nature Park of the Northern Vosges boasts a rich natural heritage. It is characterised by its undulating hills and landscapes dotted with glades and lakes. The forest covers 65% of the area and is home to a variety of fauna. Here, you may come across roe deer, red deer and if you're really lucky, lynxes and coal tits. This exceptional wealth has earned the park the rare title of "World Biosphere Reserve" awarded by UNESCO and a prize as a destination of excellence awarded by the Eden competition for "tourism and protected areas". To discover the park, you can set off on foot or by bike along the 1650 km of sign-posted trails. Discovery outings are also proposed by the Park House on various themes. Find out more!
