Exhibition: Pechelbronn reveals itself

" With this open-air photographic exhibition, plunge into the singular history of oil exploitation in Northern Alsace through a journey of about sixty old pictures evoking the locations of sites still existing or erased. "

(Re)discover the history of the oil industry in Pechelbronn through old photographs of emblematic buildings and places and 15 explanatory banners spread around the streets of the village of Merkwiller-Pechelbronn, but also in Kutzenhausen, Lampertsloch and Preuschdorf. This exhibition complements the one set up in 2020 around the Carreau Clemenceau. A map and guidebook can be downloaded from the museum website (in French).
